This website is hosted on Shopify; however, all services, transactions, and contractual relationships are solely between you and Cravium Gourmet.

Cravium Gourmet provides private label coffee solutions, including but not limited to:
- Product development and research
- Coffee sourcing and roasting
- Capsule and ground coffee manufacturing
- Packaging and branding support
All services may be governed by separate commercial agreements, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
3. Eligibility and Use
By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are legally authorized to act on behalf of your business or organization
- You have the authority to enter into binding agreements
You agree to use the website and services solely for lawful business purposes and not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Introduce malicious code or disrupt website functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Use automated tools (including bots or scraping technologies) without prior written consent
Cravium Gourmet reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

Due to the nature of coffee and customized manufacturing, variations in taste, aroma, color, and appearance may occur. Final products may differ from initial samples or representations.
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all product specifications, including blends, packaging, artwork, and labeling. Cravium Gourmet shall not be liable for any errors in approved materials.
6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs)
- Orders are confirmed only upon written approval and/or receipt of agreed payment
- Pricing is provided via formal quotation and is valid for a specified period
- Changes to confirmed orders may affect pricing, feasibility, and timelines
- Delayed payments may result in production delays or suspension of services
7. Production and Delivery
Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors including raw material availability and logistics.
Shipping terms (including applicable Incoterms) will be specified in the relevant agreement. Risk transfers to the client in accordance with the agreed terms.
8. Returns and Claims
Any product-related claims must be submitted within the agreed timeframe and supported by appropriate evidence.
Where liability is accepted, Cravium Gourmet’s obligation shall be limited to replacement or refund of the affected products.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, branding, and design elements, is the property of Cravium Gourmet or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
No content may be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
For private label projects:
- Client-provided trademarks, artwork, and branding remain the client’s property
- Cravium Gourmet retains ownership of its proprietary processes, formulations, and know-how
- Cravium Gourmet may use non-confidential project outputs for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
10. Compliance and Certifications
Cravium Gourmet operates in accordance with applicable food safety and quality standards.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their target markets, including labeling and product claims, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Third-Party Services
This website may contain links to third-party providers. Cravium Gourmet does not control or assume responsibility for such services.
Any engagement with third parties is at your own risk.
12. Shopify Platform
This website is powered by Shopify. By using the website, you acknowledge that Shopify is not a party to any transaction or agreement between you and Cravium Gourmet and shall bear no liability in relation thereto.
13. Privacy
All personal and business information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
